Artwork templates
Use a production template so bleed, trim, and safe area are already marked. Place art on the artwork layer, hide guide layers, and export a print PDF.

Extend backgrounds 0.125" (1/8") past the trim on all sides so nothing prints with a white edge.

Keep logos and live text at least 0.125" inside the trim. Anything closer can get cut or land in a grommet.

Cards and small print: 300 DPI at final size. Banners and signs: 100–150 DPI at full size.

Preferred: press-quality PDF, fonts outlined, CMYK. Also accepted: AI, EPS, PNG, JPG. Max 20 MB here, or paste a cloud link.
Care depends on the decoration. If the tag in the garment is stricter, follow the tag. The same steps are on the care instructions page.
Transfers and DTF
Use this for our transfers. On the product page that is DTF, Wearable, Blocker, LoMelt, LoMelt Blocker, Soft Shell Blocker, Headwear, Promo, Neon, Neon Blocker, and Reflective, including a 1 Color version of a film that offers it. Print only uses this care after the film is pressed on.
Our transfers are lab tested.
- Independently wash tested by Intertek Testing Services. No cracking or fading through 70 wash cycles. Only slight cracking appears after the 70th wash.
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Tested against up to 350 chemicals.
- CPSIA and Prop 65 compliant. The inks are water-based, phthalate-free, and lead-free.
